You may utilize our infrastructure, custom AI workflows, and digital storefront solutions solely for lawful commercial operations and regional business management in accordance with these terms. You agree not to misuse any service or attempt unauthorized access to any part of our systems.
3. System Access & Permissions
When you connect your operational pipelines to our edge infrastructure, you grant Yieldpoint AI LLC secure permission to process incoming customer leads, trigger automated text responses, and generate real-time performance tracking. You retain full and absolute ownership of your company data at all times.
4. Intellectual Property
All custom-engineered code frameworks, high-speed layout designs, proprietary AI automation logic, and brand assets developed by Yieldpoint AI LLC are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.
5. Limitations & Disclaimers
Our infrastructure is delivered as an optimized, high-performance operational environment. While built to maximize search visibility and deliver sub-second load performance, specific revenue outcomes are dependent on client market conditions and baseline lead flow. Yieldpoint AI LLC makes no guarantee of specific financial results.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Yieldpoint AI LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for behavior that violates these terms or is deemed harmful to Yieldpoint AI LLC or its clients, with or without prior notice.
